Welcome to Kaka Jobs. These terms are the agreement between you and Kaka Jobs when you use our website at kakajobs.com or our Android or iOS mobile apps. By creating an account, applying to a job, posting a job, or continuing to use the platform, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.

1. What Kaka Jobs is

Kaka Jobs is a free placement platform that helps job-seekers find real jobs at real companies and helps employers hire people who fit their needs. We do the matching using AI and human customer-care support.

The platform is free for candidates and free for employers. We do not charge candidates for applying, for resume services, for AI matching, or for placement. We do not charge employers for posting jobs, viewing candidates, hiring, or verification. If someone asks you to pay Kaka Jobs any money, that person is not us — please report it to us at support@kakajobs.in.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use Kaka Jobs.
• The information you enter — name, phone, email, resume, education, work history — must be true and belong to you. Do not create a profile in someone else’s name.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Do not share your OTP or password with anyone.
• One person, one account. Multiple accounts by the same candidate may be merged or deactivated.

3. How we handle your data

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under India’s DPDP Act 2023. Please read it — it’s part of this agreement.

In short: we share your profile with an employer only when you apply to their job or explicitly consent, we don’t sell your data, and you can withdraw consent or delete your account at any time.

4. Rules for candidates

• Apply only to jobs you are genuinely interested in. Repeated no-shows for interviews may affect your visibility to employers.
• Never misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity. False information may lead to account suspension.
• Do not pay any money to anyone (including anyone claiming to be Kaka Jobs staff or an employer) to secure a job. Kaka Jobs and legitimate employers never charge candidates for hiring.
• Be respectful in your communications with employers and our support team.

5. Rules for employers

• Post only genuine job openings that you are actively hiring for. Do not post the same role repeatedly to game visibility.
• Never ask a candidate to pay any fee for consideration, an interview, training, or placement. Kaka Jobs strictly forbids this.
• Use candidate profiles you receive only to evaluate people for the specific roles they applied to. Do not resell, forward to third parties, or use for unrelated marketing.
• Comply with all Indian labour and equal-opportunity laws. Kaka Jobs does not permit discriminatory job posts (caste, religion, gender, disability, marital status, etc. outside of lawful specific-reservation contexts).

6. What Kaka Jobs does not guarantee

Kaka Jobs matches candidates and employers based on the information both sides provide. We do the best job we can with our AI matching engine, but:

• We do not guarantee a candidate will be hired, or that a specific job will be filled through us.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of every job description or every claim an employer makes. If a listing looks suspicious, report it — we investigate and remove fraudulent listings.
• We do not act as your employer. The employment relationship is directly between the candidate and the hiring company.

7. Fraud and abuse

Kaka Jobs is a trust platform. Attempts to defraud candidates, impersonate employers, scrape data, run automated attacks, or post illegal content will result in account suspension and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

If you encounter suspicious behaviour, please report it at support@kakajobs.in — we treat every report seriously.

8. Content you post

You keep ownership of your resume, profile, and job posts. By submitting them to Kaka Jobs, you grant us a limited licence to host that content, show it to the audiences described in the Privacy Policy (matched employers, matched candidates), and use anonymised versions to improve our matching engine. This licence ends when you delete your account, except for anonymised aggregate data that no longer identifies you.

9. Ending your use of Kaka Jobs

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings, from /account-deletion, or by emailing our Grievance Officer. Deletion is processed within 30 days. Some records (concluded placements, tax invoices where applicable) may be retained for the period required by Indian law and then deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, subject to reasonable notice where circumstances permit.

10. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Before litigation, please reach out to us at support@kakajobs.in — most concerns are resolved informally by our team.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version. For material changes, we’ll notify active candidates and employers through their registered channel. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.
